About this Role:

We are seeking a Victoria-based mid-level Hydrogeologist with strong, hands-on field experience to support active projects in Victoria and interstate. This role is suited to a practitioner who is site-ready and confident operating in mining environments, with proven experience in drilling supervision, groundwater monitoring, and instrumentation installation across surface and underground programs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising hydraulic testing and field investigations
• Supporting drilling and groundwater monitoring programs
• Assisting with installation of VWPs and other instrumentation
• Working across underground and surface mining environments
• Monitoring data QA/QC and reporting support
• Coordinating field logistics and contributing practical solutions onsite
• Building strong relationships with clients and project teams

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

✔ Intermediate-level experience in hydrogeology or environmental field work

✔ Demonstrated hands-on experience across mining, drilling supervision, instrumentation installation, hydraulic testing and groundwater monitoring

✔ Confidence working independently in field-based roles

✔ A strong safety focus and clear, practical communication skills

✔ Full working rights in Australia and ability to meet site requirements

✔ Based in Victoria, with availability for interstate field deployments
