Job title: Country Manager for PTVEA (Jakarta based)<\/strong><\/h4>

Role Description<\/strong><\/p>

This is a full-time role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Country Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Valenza Engineering Group in Indonesia, including actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery and quality of projects. This position also involves collaborating with different teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients and managing hydrogeology projects within the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel and work remotely.<\/p>

About you<\/strong>

Qualifications<\/strong>
\u2022 Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
\u2022 Experience with international companies preferred
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\u2022 Strong leadership and management skills
\u2022 The ability to manage a team of hydrogeologists and environmental specialists
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
\u2022 Proven experience in business development and project management
\u2022 Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships and preparing proposals
\u2022 A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction, mining, environmental engineering industries is highly preferred
\u2022 Experience working with government, mining, quarrying, construction, and\/or water supply sectors in Indonesia
\u2022 Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to groundwater engineering and environmental hydrogeology in Indonesia
\u2022 Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects, work collaboratively with clients and other project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
\u2022 Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.<\/p>
