We are excited to announce that Bartosz (Bart) Kaczynski has joined Valenza Engineering as our new Hydrogeologist Lead!

With over 18 years of experience, Bart is a seasoned hydrogeologist specializing in groundwater modeling, aquifer characterization, and water resource management. His expertise spans across Australia, the UK, and international projects in the mining, construction, and transport sectors. Throughout his career, he has led major groundwater studies, hydraulic testing programs, and hydrogeological impact assessments, contributing to sustainable and efficient water management strategies.

Bart’s deep knowledge in groundwater system conceptualization, mine water management, and water balance modeling will be a great asset to our team as we continue to develop innovative water and environmental management solutions.
